Sony has introduced a brand new set of colours for its PlayStation 5 console. Known as the Deep Earth Assortment, this new set allegedly draw inspiration from the “stunning and highly effective hues discovered within the depths of planet Earth”.
There are three colours which are a part of this assortment: Volcanic Pink, Cobalt Blue, and Sterling Silver.
The Volcanic Pink is a richer, brighter shade of purple than the beforehand introduced Cosmic Pink set, which had a magenta hue to it. The brand new shade additionally has a metallic end to it, giving it a glossier sheen.
The Cobalt Blue can also be a deeper shade of blue than what we noticed with the beforehand introduced Starlight Blue, and has hints of purple in it. Just like the purple, Cobalt Blue has a metallic end to it.
And eventually, the Sterling Silver is only a simple shiny silver with the identical metallic end as the opposite two shades.
Like with the earlier set of shade choices, the Deep Earth Assortment will solely be out there as non-obligatory covers and controllers for current house owners, which suggests you can not buy a brand new PS5 console in these colours.
The non-obligatory covers are priced at $60 every and the DualSense controllers are priced at $75. Pre-orders start October 4, with the Volcanic Pink and Cobalt Blue out there beginning November 3, 2023 and the Sterling Silver out there on January 26, 2024.
