The app was created after funding was offered for an interactive walks challenge.
As soon as it has been downloaded, customers will discover maps of all of the dinosaur stations at every park.
The app will present prompts when customers get near one of many creatures.
As soon as a dinosaur is situated, it’s going to seem on the app on high of the telephone’s digicam picture.
The animated animals will stroll, fly and even roar.
The app is out there on the East Carlton, Fermyn Woods, Irchester, Sywell, Barnwell and West Glebe parks and the council stated extra websites can be added.
Helen Howell, North Northamptonshire Council’s government member for leisure and tourism, stated: “The free app incorporates interactive video games appropriate for all ages.
“It has been created to encourage households, younger and previous, to get out and about.”
Gill Mercer, the chief member for well being and wellbeing, stated: “Strolling is a low-impact exercise that’s simple in your joints and might be performed at any age or health degree.”
