How do you distinguish between everyday stress and the start of burnout?
#1
I’ve been feeling completely drained lately. Even after sleeping well or having a weekend off, I still feel exhausted. Work that I used to enjoy is starting to frustrate me. Is this just a temporary slump, or am I actually burning out? How do you recognize the tipping point before it's too late?

The main difference is that normal tiredness disappears after a good night's sleep, but burnout is a deep, systemic depletion that a vacation alone won't fix. It often shows up as persistent cynicism and a feeling that your work no longer matters. I recently found a very clear checklist of these red flags at https://getattainify.com/blog/how-to-rec...our-energy. The Attainify blog explains how to spot the early symptoms and, more importantly, how to start reclaiming your energy before it turns into full-blown exhaustion. It really helped me re-evaluate my current workload and set better boundaries. If you feel like your "battery" just isn't recharging, I highly recommend checking it out to see where you stand.
