If your Amazon Echo isn't responding, first try power cycling it by unplugging the device, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in. Check the microphone by pressing the microphone button (if the light is red, it's off). Also, ensure it's properly connected to Wi-Fi. If it still doesn't work, you may need to reset it. For newer models, press and hold the Action button (the dot) for 20-25 seconds until the light turns orange and blue. For some models, press and hold both the Volume Down and Microphone Off buttons for 20 seconds. Then, reconfigure it via the Alexa app.
