The Municipality of Lakeshore’s 2024 Funds Utility was acknowledged for its progressive method to municipal applications by the Affiliation of Municipal Managers, Clerks, and Treasurers of Ontario (AMCTO) on the Affiliation’s annual convention this June.
The 2024 Funds Utility, the primary of its sort within the area, enhances transparency and consumer expertise by interactive tables and charts that allow customers discover Lakeshore’s price range centres.
“We’re thrilled to be acknowledged for the enhancements made to how we current our Funds to residents and stakeholders,” stated Mayor Tracey Bailey. “The annual Funds is Councl’s most important decision-making course of,
and this expertise has improved transparency and entry to this vital data. On behalf of Council, we’d prefer to thank Lakeshore employees for this work and their ongoing dedication to enhancing how we serve our residents.”
On the convention, Lakeshore was offered a Certificates of Advantage as a part of the E.A. Danby Awards, which acknowledge and honour municipalities which have “demonstrated excellent achievement by innovation with respect to municipal administration actions or practices.”
