AIC Additionally Acknowledges Distinctive Volunteers
OTTAWA, ON, June 9, 2023 /CNW/ – The Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) is happy to announce the election of Claudio Polito, P. App., AACI of King Metropolis, Ontario as AIC’s Nationwide President for 2023-2024. Mr. Polito was formally inducted throughout AIC’s 2023 Annual Basic Assembly held in Vancouver, British Columbia on June 2, 2023.
Mr. Polito is the proprietor of Cross-City Appraisal Restricted, an impartial property appraisal and realty consulting firm that provides a variety of property valuation providers throughout the GTHA and surrounding communities. He has been concerned in the actual property trade since 1987, joined the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 1991, and earned his AACI designation in 2006.
Prior to now, he has served as Co-Chair of York Chapter of AIC-Ontario (AIC-ON), in addition to Provincial Director — and later, President — of AIC-ON. Mr. Polito was then elected to the Board of the AIC, the place he served as Chair of the Requirements Sub-Committee and member of the Shaping our Future Process Power. An advocate for members and the appraisal career, Claudio is ceaselessly featured on podcasts and has spoken at a number of trade occasions.
